BE AWARE OF BOGUS CALLERS AND SCAMMERS

Over the last week, there have been reports of a number of individuals who have been knocking on residents doors, trying to get them to apply for broadband or give to charity. These may well be legitimate, but the premises that they have been knocking on were mainly bungalows and residents who live in social housing bungalows for the elderly/ vulnerable. The reports that have come in were in the evening time when it was dark.

Please be vigilant and if you have any elderly/ vulnerable neighbours, if you could keep an eye on them, if you suspect any bogus calling and report it into the police.
