On Monday 15th April 2024, between 15:00-16:00hrs, two young men, were seen riding off road motorbikes in a dangerous manner around the area of Moor Hall Lane, Penkridge and the surrounding roads.  As the bikes are not road legal, their are no number plates attached to them.
