We had an attempted purse theft on The Market in the City Centre this week. Luckily a Stall Holder saw what was happening & stopped the theft & Offenders made off.  They were described as Eastern European , wearing all black with baseball caps.

Please be aware of who is close  around you when you are out  about & make sure that valuables are kept close to yourselves & not easily accessable to others.

A note for businesses……

On the same afternoon we also had a report of an Eastern European Male, wearing all black with black cap & beard rifling through drawers of a Beauty Salon, again he left with nothing. Again please make sure store fronts are manned  & valuables locked away.
