TAMWORTH CADET VISIT TO MEMORY CAFE

Earlier this week @StaffsCadets from #Tamworth attended The Memory Café at @HeartofTamworthCommunityProject where they spoke with carers and people living with dementia.

Attendees took pleasure in sharing stories and showing photos which the cadets took a great interest in.

Tamworth Memory Café runs every Tuesday from 10:30 at the Sacred Heart Church in Glascote Heath. It offers a place where people can come together in a supporting friendly environment with others that are in similar circumstances. Every week they offer different activities such as painting, singing, dancing and "Love To Move" sessions.

We work with The Memory Café and @DementiaFriends to promote The Herbert Protocol - help for when vulnerable people go missing.
