On 14/06/2025 at around 19:25 we received a report about a suspected drink driver seen driving a red BMW recklessly on Watling Street, Two Gates, narrowly missing a child.

The vehicle was located by officers at McDonald's, Watling Street wherein a roadside breath test was completed. The driver blew nearly five times the legal limit.

The 42 year old male, from Brixham, was arrested for drink driving. He was later further arrested for failing to provide a specimen in custody.
