We are appealing for information after nearly 40 Yankee Candles were stolen from a business in Newcastle-under-Lyme town centre. 

We were called to High Street at 8.30am yesterday (Tuesday 17 June) following reports of a burglary. 

Officers attended the scene and found that a glass door had been smashed and an unknown offender had gained access. A total of 38 Yankee Candles had been stolen.
