Man arrested after heroin found in Burslem |

A man has been arrested on suspicion of drug supply offences after we found heroin in Stoke-on-Trent.
Officers from our major and organised crime team stopped a car in Burslem at 4pm yesterday (Monday 1 September). They found around 20 wraps of class A drugs, believed to be heroin, as well as a mobile phone and £390 in cash.
A 50-year-old man, from Stoke-on-Trent, has been arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of crack cocaine and heroin and possession with intent to supply a class A drug and heroin.
He remains in custody.
