#MentalHealth | On World Mental Health Day, 10th October, our Restorative Justice team will be joining forces with Combined Charity to take on a 28 Mile Challenge Why? Because mental health matters. Every step we take is a reminder that recovery, hope, and healing are possible.
Restorative Justice (RJ) isn’t just about repairing harm — it also plays a huge role in supporting mental wellbeing. Research shows RJ can reduce symptoms of PTSD by up to 45%, helping people rebuild confidence, find closure, and move forward in a positive way. For many, it’s a turning point not just in their justice journey, but in their mental health journey too.
By walking 28 miles together, it's showing commitment to raising awareness and vital funds for mental health support. This will help Combined Charity continue their essential work and spread the message that nobody should face mental health challenges alone.
