For everyone’s safety, please keep these points in mind: 🐎 For Drivers: Slow down to a maximum of 15mph when passing a horse and rider.Leave plenty of space — at least a car’s width where possible.Pass wide and slow, and never rev your engine or honk. Sudden noises can spook horses.Be patient.
