Appeal following collision

We are appealing for information following a collision between a car and a pedestrian in Codsall.

The pedestrian left Bilbrook train station and was walking along Elliotts Lane at around 11.30pm when the incident happened on Friday 24 October.

The driver of the vehicle stopped and spoke to the pedestrian but then left shortly after.

The pedestrian was taken to hospital with a leg injury.

The investigating officer is urging any witnesses, or the driver of the vehicle, to contact him via peter.abbotts@staffordshire.police.uk with any relevant information.
