Section 59 issued - Freeport

On the 4/11/25 there has been a vehicle and driver issued a section 59 due to being driven in an antisocial manner in the Freeport area recently. Should you see any suspicious activity or crime occurring please call us on 101 for non emergencies and 999 for emergencies.

Section 59 notices - allow police to issue warnings and seize vehicles used in an anti-social manner. This means that any driver causing alarm, distress or annoyance can be issued with a notice. If the driver has already been given a notice in the last 12 months, the vehicle will be seized.
