ASB PERPETRATORS ISSUED WITH NOTICE & WARNING

Last week I issued a Community Protection Warning (CPW) and a Community Protection Notice (CPN) to two Stonydelph men who had been causing issues at shops in Ellerbeck such as verbally abusing staff and preventing customer access.

These behaviours will not be tolerated and in such circumstances we issue perpetrators with a warning (CPW). Should the behaviour continue we will then issue a notice (CPN).

The CPW/Ns all come with a list of conditions the recipients must adhere to or face further consequences such as fixed penalty notices or prosecutions.
