ANTI-SOCIAL VEHICLE WARNED

Good evening,

Whilst in the village today my attention was drawn to a van driving anti-socially near to the Park Gate. It was being driven in a manner that would likely cause alarm, distress or annoyance to other road users and pedestrians and as such, the van was stopped and driver has been issued with a Section 59 warning meaning if he is seen again driving in such a manner (across the UK) the vehicle will be seized.
