Cold Weather.

Please do not leave vehicles unattended with the engine running. In the last 3 days, just in Stoke North, we have had in the region of 6 vehicles stolen whereby, the owner has left the engine running whilst just nipping back into the house for something.

One of the vehicles was a delivery van whereby the owner turned off the engine, but left the keys inside while he made a delivery. As a keyless start vehicle it was gone in seconds. 

Also, be aware that your insurance may refuse to pay out if you have left the keys in/engine running as you have not taken all reasonable steps to keep your vehicle secure.
