Staffordshire Police have received a report of a stolen horse box trailer on Brockton Road near Eccleshall. The theft occurred between 22:30hrs on 09/12/25 - 06:30hrs on 10/12/25. Hitch & wheel locks (non-negotiable)
Use a heavy-duty hitch lock and at least one wheel clampGo for Sold Secure Gold or Diamond-rated if you canThieves often move on if it isnāt a quick grab 2. Immobilise it properly
Reverse the trailer tight against a wall, hedge, or another solid vehicleIf itās stored at home, park a car in front of itTurn wheels fully to one side before locking
3. Remove the breakaway cable
Quick, sneaky win. Trailer wonāt legally move without it.
