Theft from Swarovski, West Midlands Designer Outlet

We have received a report of a distraction theft at Swarovski, McArthur Glen which occurred 14:00 hrs on Thursday 11th December 2025.

Two females described as Mother and Daughter entered the store, and whilst the older female distracted a member of staff, the younger female concealed two items of jewellery and left without making payment.

They left in a dark red Peugeot.

Younger female described as white, approximately 12 years old, 4ft 10, wearing a red short puffer coat, black jeans and black trainers.

Older female described as white, approximately 45 years, 5ft 9, wearing a white “Burberry look” puffer coat, white and black fur trim hood, white jeans/leggings and black running trainers.
