FUN TIMES AT THE "FESTIVE FUN RUN"

 A huge well done to everyone who took part in the Festive Fun Run this morning in Tamworth Castle Grounds, including our very own PCSO John Horton who completed the run in a respectable 24m 38s 

The event was organised by Tamworth Arts & Events Team in cooperation with volunteers from Tamworth Park Run and in support of Tamworth Wellbeing & Cancer Support Centre
 

Police Cadets from Tamworth & Lichfield did a fantastic job of assisting with the event, signposting runners along the route and handing out medals & delicious treats at the finish line. They even managed a Christmas boogie with event staff! 

Lastly, a big thank you to St John's Ambulance who were on hand to help patch up John's leg having taken a tumble during the run.
