Trentham and Hanford - Theft of pedal cycle, ASB updates, Patrols and upcoming Police Street Surgeries

Good afternoon everyone, 

Please find at the bottom of this e-mail the list of locations I have patrolled from 11/12/25 - 15/12/2025, along with dates, times and locations of upcoming Police Street Surgeries.

Pedal cycle theft - The Lea 

On 10/12/2025 a pedal cycle was stolen from outside of the shops of The Lea - our enquiries into this theft are ongoing.

Neighbourhood Watch 

I have applied for a new Neighbourhood Watch Zone, which I am hoping will be approved later this evening. I will announce next week where the new zone will be and will do my best to deliver welcome packs to addresses within the new zone before Christmas.

Anti-social behaviour (ASB) update 

Further to my previous e-mail, over the last few days I have completed patrols of New Inn Lane, Pacific Rd and Trentham Lakes, keeping a close eye on recently reported issues involving an e-scooter and a motorbike. This has included evening patrols….

I am happy to report that I have encountered no issues. A big thank you to those residents who got in touch to help my enquiries into the ASB.  

These issues will continue to be monitored. 

I have also completed evening patrols of Hanford Park…

and the canal…

I am happy to report that I encountered no issues here too. 

On Saturday (20/12/2025) myself and a colleague attended the ‘Winter Gathering’ event at Longton Park. 

It was a very well attended event and I hope everyone who went had a great time!

Tomorrow (17/12/2025) - There will be a Police Street Surgery at Chessington Cr (Junction with Pembrey Dr) 18:45 - 19:00
