APPEAL FOLLOWING COLLISION

We’re appealing for information following a serious collision in Mile Oak.

At 8.55am this morning (Friday 19 December), we were called to the A453 Mile Oak following a collision involving a Skoda Superb and a Nissan Micra.

Officers went to the scene alongside paramedics from West Midlands Ambulance Service and Midlands Air Ambulance.

The driver if the Micra, a woman, was freed from the car and taken to hospital. Her injuries are believed to be serious.

The driver of the Skoda stayed at the scene and is assisting us with our enquiries.
