If you have had a difficult Christmas due to Domestic Abuse, please know that help and support is available.

Domestic abuse isn’t always physical, it can be a pattern of controlling, threatening and coercive behaviour. It can also be emotional, psychological or sexual.

We are here throughout the festive period, together with other support services, for those experiencing abuse. There is also support for perpetrators that want to change their behaviour. Please see first comment for more information.
