Appeal following collision involving car and pedestrian

We are appealing for information following a collision involving a car and a pedestrian in Stoke-on-Trent.

We were called at 1.20pm yesterday (Sunday 8 February) to the roundabout on Weston Road, Meir, following reports of a collision involving a red Vauxhall and a pedestrian, a girl.

The pedestrian was taken to hospital. Her injuries are not thought to be life-changing or life-threatening at this time.

The driver of the car, a woman, was reported for driving other than in accordance with a driving licence.
