Appeal after e-scooter stolen

We are appealing for information after an e-scooter was stolen from outside a supermarket in Rugeley.

We were called at around midday on Monday 2 February to Market Street following reports of theft.

The black and red scooter,  which had a basket on the rear, was seen being taken in the direction of Tesco and KFC.

The suspect was also towing a silver bike.

Officers are carrying out inquiries locally and urge anyone with information, CCTV, dashcam or doorbell footage to contact us on 101 quoting incident number 279 of 2 February.
