DRUG DEALER JAILED

Reece Caven, 23, of Rugeley, has been jailed after he was caught trying to sell cocaine on Snapchat.

In January, officers from our major and organised crime proactive team seized a phone after searching a man. They found messages from Reece Caven who was offering to sell drugs in the area.

The next day, officers turned up at Caven’s address and arrested him. The phone he was using the advertise the drugs was found and seized.

He was sentenced to two-years-and-four-months behind bars yesterday (Thursday 19 February) after he admitted being concerned in the offer to supply cocaine.
