Purse theft - Uttoxeter High Street. 21st April 2026

Yesterday 21/04/2026 a ladies purse was stolen from her bag, whilst in the British Heart Foundation at approx. 200pm. At the time, according to the victim there were quite a few people inside the shop. Did you see anything suspicious at the stated times. Did you see anyone in or around the British Heart Foundation, that caught your attention ?  or in Uttoxeter High Street ? if you have any information at all, please ring 101, or go to Staffordshire Police Website and click the Livechat logo on the screen. In both cases please quote incident  0658 of 21/04/2026. Enquiries are in hand and CCTV cameras are being checked.  Having your purse/wallet stolen can cause alot of hassle and distress to the victim. We will do our very best to resovle this incident and with your help, offenders may be bought to justice.
