Snare/Animal Traps

Officers in Leek have recently been made aware of the use of a small animal trap in the Ashbourne Road/ Shirburn Road area of the town. 

The trap used had unfortunately caught a pet, which was taken to the Vets for medical attention. Luckily on this occasion all ended well and the pet will recover.

These traps are illegal and should not used under any circumstances.
