With the warmer months coming, many of us will be heading to the beer gardens thinking “fancy a drink…” — but if you’re driving, it’s always worth asking yourself… how much is too much?

The simple answer is: any alcohol can affect your ability to drive.

❌ One drink could be enough depending on the person
❌ Feeling “fine” doesn’t mean you’re safe to drive

✅ Pick a designated driver
✅ Stay over if you can
