🚓 Enforcement & Council Action

Parking enforcement is primarily managed by the local council. Where vehicles are causing obstruction or are parked illegally:

• Civil Enforcement Officers (CEOs) may issue Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs)
• Persistent problem areas may be targeted with increased patrols
• In serious cases (e.g. dangerous obstruction), police may take immediate action, including vehicle removal

We are working closely with the council to monitor reported locations and ensure appropriate enforcement takes place where necessary.
