Information Request

We are appealing for information after a car was reportedly stolen from a man in Newcastle-under-Lyme.

The driver had been travelling along the A34 from the A500 at around 9.20pm on Sunday (7 June) when he exited Talke roundabout and pulled into a layby on Talke Road.

He reported he was then approached by two men who pushed him into nearby bushes before stealing his white Ford Puma.

The victim was left shaken but unhurt in the robbery.

The suspects are described as each wearing all black and hooded sweatshirts.

They left the scene in the car in the direction of Bradwell.
