Anti-Social Behaviour Rugeley & Cannock Chase

Staffordshire Police have received reports of groups of youths gathering in and around the Cannock Chase and Rugeley areas engaging in anti-social behaviour.

Incidents reported include:

Underage drinking in public areas.

Damage to property, including fences, signs and other community assets.

Fires being deliberately lit in woodland and open spaces, creating significant risks to public safety, wildlife and the surrounding environment.

General nuisance behaviour causing concern to local residents and visitors.

As we enter the warmer months, we would ask parents and guardians to be aware of where young people are spending their time and to discuss the consequences of anti-social behaviour and fire-setting.

If you witness anti-social behaviour, criminal damage or individuals setting fires, please report it to Staffordshire Police via: 101 or online at www.staffordshire.police.uk
