☀️ SUMMER HOLIDAY SAFETY ☀️

With the summer holidays here, children will be spending more time out and about with friends. Parents and guardians, please take a few moments to talk about staying safe:

🚲 Wear helmets and safety gear when cycling or scootering
🚗 Take care when crossing roads – avoid distractions such as mobile phones
🌞 Stay hydrated and use sun cream when outdoors
📱 Know how to contact a trusted adult in an emergency
🌊 Never swim in rivers, lakes or quarries unless it is a designated safe area
🏠 Let someone know where you are going and when you expect to return
🤝 Be aware of strangers and trust your instincts if something doesn't feel right
