Appeal- Dog attack, Penkridge

Good afternoon, hope your well. 

Did you witness a dog attack outside Blend Coffee Shop, Crown Bridge, Penkridge, at approximately 4:40pm on Friday 25 July 2026?

A pug attacked another dog, causing minor injuries. I am attempting to identify the owner of the pug involved.
