Fires

I have been asked to send out a further reminder to residents around setting fires.

I have been advised that “someone is lighting bonfires most days around 4.30 pm and suggest it's around the Greenvale Close area”

which is in Stapenhill. I will be in the area to see if this is indeed a problem as obviously residents in private gardens are within their rights to a fire but with the current dry weather and fire risks we hope this is not in a public place and is under controlled conditions
