On Tuesday 11th August from 12:00 - 16:00 we will be holding a FREE bike marking event in Ankerside Shopping Centre.
The event has been created to provide cycle security advice and offer security marking and registration onto the @BikeRegister online database.
Registering your bike helps police and retailers identify and verify the legitimate owner of bikes that have been stolen or are being resold. It can lead to both victims being reunited with their property and the identification of offenders.
You must bring your bike with you to the event but please remember bikes must NOT be rode within the shopping centre. Please push you bike to the pop-up event, entering and exiting Castle Square via either the Castle Grounds or via the George Street doors.
