Never feel pressured into making an immediate decision. If a caller attempts to rush you, refuses to leave when asked, or makes you feel uncomfortable, do not engage further. Close the door and contact a trusted family member, neighbour, Trading Standards, or the police if you believe criminal activity may be taking place.
