Request for further information- Burglary- Coppenhall 01/08/26 |
||
|
Good afternoon, hope your well.
Following on from my previous message last week, I have carried out further enquiries to establish the make, model and colour of the vehicle believed to be involved in the burglary in Coppenhall, along with a more accurate timeframe for when the offence occurred.
The vehicle involved is believed to be an orange/red Citroën C3, which has distinctive rubber vinyl decals across both side door panels.
There are three unidentified individuals visible on CCTV who are believed to be linked to the burglary, with a fourth person believed to have been driving the getaway vehicle.
The burglary occurred in the early hours of Saturday 1 August, between 03:10hrs and 03:15hrs. The vehicle is believed to have left the area travelling towards Hyde Lea and Stafford, having both entered and exited the area from the Stafford direction.
An example photograph of a vehicle matching the make, model and colour of the one believed to be involved is included below to help residents familiarise themselves with its appearance when reviewing CCTV, doorbell camera, wildlife camera or dashcam footage.**Please note that this is an example image and may not depict the exact vehicle involved in the incident**
If you have any footage or information that may assist our investigation, please contact me directly at 28983@staffordshire.police.uk or call 101, quoting Incident 21260127267.
We would be grateful if this appeal could be shared far and wide, especially with residents living in Stafford and the surrounding border areas. The vehicle involved is believed to have travelled to and from the scene via Stafford, so any footage or information from these communities could be crucial in helping us identify those responsible.
Information can also be provided anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 or online at www.crimestoppers-uk.org.
Thank you for your continued support and assistance in helping to keep our communities safe.
Many thanks
PCSO Millichap 28983
