Suspicious vehicle in Penkridge- Rogue trader

Suspicious vehicle in Penkridge- Rogue trader

Good evening, I hope you're well.

I'd like to make residents aware of a potential rogue trader who was reportedly seen in the Littleton Crescent, Penkridge area earlier today.

The resident did not answer the door to the male. The vehicle involved was sign-written with wording relating to "Driveways, Roofing and Building", but did not display any company name or other identifiable business details.

Please remain vigilant and be cautious of any unexpected callers offering services at your doorstep. Residents are reminded that sign writing on a vehicle does not necessarily indicate that a trader is legitimate.

Remember, it is please SAY "No thank you" and close the door if you are not expecting anyone or feel uncomfortable. Never feel pressured into agreeing to work on your property or making immediate payments.

If you have any concerns about suspicious callers in your area, please report this via the appropriate police reporting channels.

Thank you, and please consider sharing this message with friends, family members and neighbours, particularly those who may be more vulnerable to this type of activity.

Many thanks
