ASB DRIVER TICKETED

ASB DRIVER TICKETED

Hi all,

At around 11:30pm on Wednesday 14th October, officers were made aware of a vehicle being driven in an anti-social manner in the Rugeley area. Following enquiries, officers located and stopped the vehicle. The driver was subsequently issued with a traffic offence report for excess speed.

I know many residents have raised concerns with us about anti-social driving in our communities, and I want you to know that we are taking these concerns seriously. Reports from the public help us identify problem areas and enable us to take positive action against those who put others at risk.

Excessive speed and anti-social driving can endanger other road users, pedestrians, and local residents. We will continue to respond to reports and take appropriate enforcement action where offences are identified.

If you witness anti-social driving or have dashcam/CCTV footage of incidents in your area, please report it to Staffordshire Police via our website or by calling 101. In an emergency, always call 999.

Thank you for your continued support in helping us keep Rugeley's roads safe.
