Drugs found in uninsured vehicle - Burntwood Bypass - Chasetown

While out on general patrol in the Burntwood and Chasetown area late in the evening of 28/01/2022, Staffordshire Police Officers have stopped a vehicle on the A5195 Bypass that was found to be uninsured when checks were made. The vehicle was also searched and a quantity of cannabis was found and the driver was reported for summons to court. The vehicle was subsequently seized.

A reminder to ensure that your vehicle is Insured, MOT'd, Taxed and Roadworthy before driving.
