Youths causing Anti-Social Behaviour outside Wombourne Library

Over the past month, there has been an increase of reports of Anti-Social Behaviour outside Wombourne Library on Windmill Bank. Complaints are being received on Wednesday evenings when the centre is open late for classes. Behaviour consists of shouting, swearing, banging on windows and being disruptive to visitors of the centre.
We are working closely with staff to tackle the issue and there is CCTV at the location which is being used to possibly Identify any offenders.
Culprits appear to be aged between 14-16,can we please urge parents that know there children are out in the community at such times to be mindful of their actions.
